Face Frame Face Frames are 3/4″ x 1 1/2″ Parallel Multi-ply hardwood Plywood, Frames are mortise and tenons construction reinforced with glue and nails.
Frames are dadoed to received cabinet ends,top, and bottoms.
2 Tops & Bottoms Tops and boom panels are 1/2″ multi-ply hardwood plywood . Tops and booms are dadoed into the face frame and end panels. Base bottom panels are 3/8″.
3 Toe Kicks Toe kicks are 1/2″ hardwood plywood.
4 End Panels End panels are 1/2″ mutli-ply hardwood plywood. All end panels are dadoed into the face frame and recessed 3/16″.
5 Adjustable Shelves Adjustable shelves are 5/8″ multi-ply hardwood Plywood. Edge banded with wood tapes (exceeds industry standards).
6 Back Panels 3 + 9 mm multi-ply hardwood plywood. Backs are routed, glued and nailed in cabinet (exceeds industry standards).
7 Shelf Clips Shelf clips are 6mm bore with a fluted plastic 3/8″ long stem and shelf lock mechanism. Shelved are adjustable on 2 1/2″ increments.
8 Doors 3/4″ Solid Hardwood door styles with straight top veneer raised panel.
9 Hinges Fully Concealed, 110 degree opening.
10 Drawer Boxes 1/2″ plywood front, back and 2 sides with 3/8″ drawer bottoms, screwed construction (exceeds industry standards).
11 Drawer Glides Side mount, epoxy coated, 3/4″ extension (Exceeds industry standards.)
12 Base Corner Brackets High impact, injection molded plastic.
13 Hanging Strips Hanging strips  3/4″ x 1 1/4″ hardwood.

Following are some simple tips:

  • Use soap and water or mild detergent to clean cabinets as needed and dry well using a lint-free cloth for both washing and drying.
  • Always keep cabinets and counter-top surfaces dry; wipe up spills, splatters and water spots immediately as they occur.
  • Give special attention to areas that are more likely come in contact with moisture such as sink and dishwasher.
