SHIPPING / ROUTING:
Products are shipped Via the Best Possible means as seen by Courey International. Unless the buyer specifically requests shipping directions, Courey International will ship “best possible way.” Special shipping instructions will be followed to the best of our ability.
FREIGHT DAMAGE, CLAIMS AND REPAIRS:
The title to the merchandise passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the Door. Seller shall have no responsibility for merchandise after Delivery. Purchaser should inspect shipment at time of delivery and note any damage on the Bill of Lading. Seller shall not accept any returned merchandise without written authorization given prior to any return. Freight claims must be filed by purchaser and given to the delivery carrier. The carrier will supply proper form for claim. The cost of field inspections or adjustments by non Courey International employees will not be reimbursed unless previously authorized in writing by The Company.
DELAY IN SHIPMENTS:
The Company shall not be liable for any defaults, occasioned directly or indirectly by strike, fire, flood, riot, war, embargo, labor stoppage, walkout, lack of transportation; shortages of material or supplies, government regulation, or any other cause beyond the Company’s control.
